We produce house kits in the style of the Barn House - Barn House. Area - 140 sq. m. The house is designed for year-round use. The external facade is made of roofing metal with a seam lock, the internal facade is an imitation of timber, the floor is natural floorboard 28 mm, pine, the staircase is spiral, metal, the windows are multi-chamber, the German profile "Rehau", heating is a fireplace stove with a built-in boiler, foundation - pile-screw, insulation - basalt wool or polyurethane foam (at the discretion of the customer). Installation is not included in this price. The cost of the house with installation is 28,000 euros. Plumbing fixtures, lamps are not included in the package.
